The Alien Short RFID White Wet Inlay (ALN-9862) is powered by the Higgs™-EC RFID IC, delivering exceptional EPC Gen 2 read and write performance with an improved short antenna design that is narrower than the Squiggle® tag.

The ALN-9862 complies with the World Tag standard and is capable of consistent operation across different frequencies in regions including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. With its Higgs™-EC core, the ALN-9862 offers next-generation performance optimized for high-volume applications in business, retail, and apparel.

The ALN-9862 inlay features optimized memory with a 32-bit TID, a unique 48-bit TID for authentication, 128-bit EPC memory, and 128-bit user memory for distributed data applications. It supports read and write passwords for data protection against unauthorized viewing or modification.

Typical applications for the ALN-9862 include pallet labels, garment hangtags, shipping labels, asset management, file folder tags, and plastic-based applications.
