Article 1. Return Regulations

All products supplied by Beetech can be returned or refunded according to the company’s regulations.

Article 2. Cases Eligible for Returns

Customers may request a return or exchange if one of the following cases occurs:
- The product is found to be counterfeit or of poor quality.
- The product is damaged during transportation due to the company’s fault.
- The delivered product does not match the model or type specified in the order.
Upon discovering the above cases, please return the defective product to us or contact the company immediately via email at info.beetech.com.vn. Our staff will assist in verifying the product’s condition and processing the return or exchange.

Article 3. Return Fees

- If the fault lies with the company, all return costs will be fully covered by the company.
- If the issue arises from the customer, the return costs will be borne by the customer based on current shipping rates.

Article 4. Return Methods

- For products still in stock: The company will replace the product with a new one for the customer.
- For products out of stock: The company commits to refunding 100% of the amount paid by the customer through the following methods:
+ Cash refund at the company;
+ Bank transfer to the customer’s account.

Article 5. Return Process

- Customers contact the customer service department via email at info.beetech.com.vn to report the product’s condition.
- The company verifies the information and guides the customer to return the product to the return center.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, the company will proceed with the return or refund as per regulations.

Notes:

- The product must remain intact, with no signs of excessive use beyond inspection purposes.
- The product must retain all labels, tags, and warranty certificates (if applicable).
- Packaging and accompanying accessories (if any) must be returned in full.
- The company reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Return Timeframe

- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The company will process return requests within 15 working days from the date the product is received.
